Lymphocyte immunization therapy (LIT), also known as paternal immunizatoin is a treatment method that is supposedly used to treat immunological miscarriage. Although there is various mechanism for this treatment, they generally revolve around the concept of acquiring the paternal lymphocytes from whole blood and injected into the mother’s bloodstream, otherwise known as the immunization of the mother with paternal lymphocytes.
Their mechanism supposedly prepares the mother’s body to acclimate to the incoming pregnancy, by allowing the mother to first develop a tolerance to the paternal lymphocytes, to increase the probability of a successful pregnancy. This approach assumes the implantation and the pregnancy process is identical to an allotransplantation, which is invalid and untrue. LIT is not effective in treating immunological miscarriage or recurrent miscarriage.
How does LIT supposedly work?
This theory supposedly assumes the formation and implantation of the embryo in the uterus is identical to the process of organ transplantation. In the case of the latter, genetic compatibility of the organ donated has to be as similar to the receiver for minimum bodily rejection and high successful outcome. In LIT, proponents of this theory believe, due to the 50% paternal genes in the embryo, the mother’s immune system violently rejects it, causing recurrent pregnancy losses.
LIT strongly believes that there is a type of cell-signalling between the embryo and the mother’s T-cells that occurs. The embryo releases a signal pathway known as CD200 (sourcing from the paternal antigens in the embryo), which signals the mother’s immune system to not target it, allowing it to protect itself from an immune response. LIT believes that immunomiscarriage patients have a defect or insufficiency in their release of this cell-signalling which leads to their embryo to immediately eliminated by the mother’s immune response soon after implantation.
The core mechanism of LIT is to help amplify this cell-signalling that protects the embryo from the mother’s immune system. Amplification is achieved by injecting paternal lymphocytes also carrying this cell-signalling pathway which will acclimatize or help develop a tolerance towards this embryo beforehand. This is why they believe that LIT is a strong solution towards recurrent miscarriages and immunological miscarriages.
Flaws of LIT
LIT has been banned countrywide in the USA in the year 2002, due to this paternal immunization, it inadvertently causes or amplifies the autoimmune disorders of the patients, significantly affecting their fertility.
- If its embryonic transplantation truly functions like an organ transplantation,
- The paternal lymphocytes injected into the mother’s body not only trigger an adverse immune response or allergy response due to presence of foreign antigen, it may also for form several antibodies in the mother’s body towards parental lymphocytes with purposes unclear.
- Proponents of this theory are not aware of the presence of a immunological barrier that lines the exterior of the microvilli of the embryo, a medical breakthrough discovered by Dr Chen Fenglin. This sole component alone makes the theory of LIT invalid, further explained below.
The Fibronectin Layer: Immunological Barrier
There is a biological structure that lines the embryo during its developmental stage, discovered by Dr Chen FengLin; patented, and published in scientific articles in the USA, Europe and China. This component is the crucial difference that protects the embryo from the mother’s immune response. It has an interwoven web-like structure that only allows small particles and molecules e.g Oxygen, nutrients, amino acids etc to diffuse into the embryo surface. Large molecules such as proteins or immune cells cannot diffuse through this layer, which effectively serves as an immunological barrier between the mother’s immune response
- Paternal lymphocyte will cause a potential immune reaction for removal and also create unknown antibodies.
- The purpose of the fibronectin layer, hwo only small particles can enter
- How organ transplant works, and if it truly works, it would be widely used today.
- Heavily emphasis on the fibronectin layer
- Lymphocyte immunotherapy is not a treatment method or a medication at all, what it achieve is nothing, don’t even know what effect it does etc.
- Organ transplantation is not a parasitic relationship like a pregnancy.
- Fibronectin is an glycoprotein, and has no antigenic properties
We are not exactly clear what LIT actually achieves in patients, it is not a form of treatment nor it is a medication, its effects are different amongst patients and success rates vary differently.
Fortunately for all immunomiscarriage patients, this treatment has been dismissed and rejected by the medical community due to inconsistent and misleading proof of concept & lacking sufficient evidence/data to support efficacy of this treatment.
Antai Hospital’s patented immunotherapy for the treatment of immunomiscarriages
Antai Hospital has successfully determined the cause behind the occurrence of immunomiscarriage and also a crucial structural component of the placenta:
The presence of anti-embryonic antibodies that is formed due to paternal genes entering the bloodstream of the mother, caused either by:
- Induced abortion
- Intercourse during menstruation
- Labour
Dr Chen Fenglin has discovered that there is a special immunological barrier that protects the fetus from the mother’s immune response, known as the fibronectin layer. The anti-embryonic Ab formed in the mother’s body attacks this layer, exposing the fetus to the NK cells of the mother, triggering a immunomiscarriage.
Not only has he determined the cause behind the recurrent immunomiscarriage, Dr Chen Fenglin also successfully made an effective treatment with a 95% success rate. Click here to find out more.
Patients should not mistake our therapy to be similar or identical to lymphocyte immunotherapy. Our Antai immunotherapy is internationally patented, awarded and recognized in the USA, Europe and China, by scientists and doctors all over the world, with a success rate of 95% and full refund guaranteed.
