Letter to WHO: Covid – 19 countermeasures

Dear Person-In-Charge,

I write this letter, from a viewpoint as a medical doctor and also a citizen of the world, with deep concern towards the current state & development of the world. Clearly, we are not ahead in the fight against Covid-19, and I have a few recommendations that I would like to contribute to this fight, in restoring travel, societal and economic stability back to the world.

My name is Dr Chen Fenglin, and as a medical doctor myself with background in microbiology, I can tell you with much conviction, that this Covid-19 is no ordinary virus. In fact, I believe it cannot be said to even be a virus, bacteria, or protozoa at all. Our understanding seems to point at it being an entirely new species that somehow carries combination properties of virus, bacteria, and protozoa. So an infection of Covid-19 is more like a combination of a bacterial and protozoan infection.

I assume it is safe to say that it has a high possibility of it being artificially modified, but it does possess its own flaws and deficiencies. These flaws are present and can be observed on the numerous micro-modifications that were engineered on this ‘virus’ What I suggest is that we should target and utilize its flaws to overcome it; instead of applying conventional microbiology to curb Covid-19, evidently it is ineffective. Because of its ‘unique ‘nature, it does not allow those infected to develop complete natural immunity, which lessens the vaccines capabilities of defending us from it. It is very unlike how we develop full natural immunity with measles, and smallpox; and seasonal/annual immunity from Influenzas. Furthermore, we can attest to its peculiar nature when Covid-19 increases in deadliness and toxicity alongside with increased contagiousness with its different variants, which is unnatural to observe in viruses, even Influenzas. Whether it biologically underwent some form of novel mutation to develop this ability or was it ‘re-modified’ once again, we will never know. Next, I also know that the primary pathophysiology of the this “Covid- 19 species” appears to be causing hypersensitivity within the capillary endothelium of several organs within the human body, releasing mass histamine, leading to a systemic hypersensitivity-allergic response.

To prove my point that the Covid-19 virus is not solely a virus but something new entirely, we can see this evident with the release of Covid-19 pills from Merck and Pfizer, which they deem is highly effective. There are very few antiviral medications currently, that are safe and effective against actual viral infections, but if they can come up with a specific medication like the Covid-19 pills with up to 89% effectiveness, this demonstrates that the pharmaceutical companies also understand that it is not just a virus, but a hybrid organism with mixed properties.

This new species (Covid-19) carries properties of protozoa and bacteria, it responds very well with anti-bacterial and antiprotozoals i.e. macrolides (azithromycin), ivermectin and artemisinin for internal treatment. For external treatment on skin surfaces, normal disinfectants and sanitizing agents are sufficiently effective as well. As such, I recommend that we start pro-actively target its weaknesses to our advantage and not solely depend on the efficacy of current vaccines and quarantine measures because what we are dealing with is not a “true virus”.

I have the following recommendations for you to consider:

  1. We should immediately cease PCR testing for Covid-19 as it serves very little purpose. We should only focus treatment for those who exhibit symptoms; Only medical doctors should be given the authority to conduct PCR testing for the purpose of differential diagnosis. Most especially, the media should reduce daily reports on infection and mortality rates of this “new species”.
  2. We should make getting vaccinated non-mandatory and should not impose a vaccine passport. Instead of relying on current Covid-19 management methods i.e. quarantine and vaccination, we need to begin deployment and administration of readily available medication that can kill the “new species” such as artemisinin, hydroxychloroquine, Metronidazole, Ivermectin, etc; antibiotics such as azithromycin; antihistamines such as glucocorticoids (Prednisone). With the newly released pills from Pfizer and Merck, recovery of society will be greatly sped up.
  3. There should be no need for wearing masks because we should not be afraid of exposure for the purpose of ‘living with the new species. If a person exhibits mild, severe, or acute symptoms, treatment protocol should be that he/she has their nasal, oral and pharynx cavity disinfected with alcohol-iodine (iodine tincture) and be administered with the aforementioned oral medication subsequently.
  4. Finally, the government should consider ceasing COVID-19 reimbursement and Covid-19 related medical care subsidies to completely eliminate the possibility of medical professionals from fabricating or distorting statistics for their own financial incentive/gains, either intentionally or unintentionally. Furthermore, the medication that can effectively treat ‘new species as mentioned above is readily available and affordable. I predict we will immediately observe a steep drop in cases subsequently and also indirectly increase the precautionary habits/awareness of the general population. Deaths classified as a result of this ‘new species’ can be false-positives, and most of them are due to other causes or underlying conditions, so the current statistics released from hospitals are likely inflated to a certain degree. As you can observe here that there is no significant excess mortality between 2019 and 2020 (which is considered the pandemic peak), with countries such as Germany and India even reporting a decrease in death rates in 2020.

With these 3 key points in mind: No reimbursements, no PCR testings and no quarantines, The world can learn to live with the ‘new species ‘with little to no fear of the pandemic as it will become no different from a normal flu. For humans to eliminate the ‘new species” is near impossible, and vice versa. As such we need to learn to live with it and use our common ingenuity to tackle the problem.
