Have you been told by your doctor that there is no apparent reason behind your unexplained recurrent early miscarriage? Was it really just bad luck? Antai Hospital believes that no condition or disorder is ever caused by an “unexplained” reason and this label only exists when medical professionals cannot explain it. We believe that there is always a scientific explanation behind it, and that we can explain it.
Unexplained recurrent early miscarriage accounts for more than 50 percent of recurrent miscarriages. Our medical professionals have conducted hundreds of clinical trials and have concluded that 67 percent of unexplained recurrent early miscarriage happen because the mother had a history of induced abortions, childbirth and sexual intercourse during their menstrual period.
Our scientific discovery at Antai Hospital has led to this conclusion:
When paternal genes (either fetal tissues or sperm cells) enter into the mother’s bloodstream. As her body’s immune system identifies these paternal genes as a foreign pathogen, anti-embryonic antibodies are produced as a result of a natural immune reaction. These anti-embryonic antibodies will target the embryonic cells and cause the dissolving of the embryo’s fibronectin layer which serves as an immunological barrier for the fetus. Without the protection of the fibronectin layer, the fetus will be expelled by the mother’s immune cells within the first trimester, leading to what we refer to as “recurrent immunological miscarriage.”
Note that “unexplained miscarriages” may also have one or multiple underlying factors, causing what we know as:
- Single factor miscarriages
- Multiple-factor miscarriages (2 factors involved)
- Complex miscarriages (3 or more factors involved)
Because of lack of thorough diagnosis (or misdiagnosis) , further ineffective treatment or not completely treating every contributing cause of the miscarriage, these patients are unfortunately, doomed to repeat their “unexplained miscarriage” in subsequent pregnancies. Antai Hospital firmly believes there is no such thing as an unexplained miscarriage, only a lack of knowledge causing inaccurate diagnosis and ineffective treatments.
