Diagnosis
An anti-embryonic antibody test is required to diagnose if the woman’s body has an immune reaction against the paternal genes.
The doctor will draw 5ml of blood from the woman to conduct an anti-embryonic antibody test. The results will be out within 2 hours.
Fasting is not required, and the test can be done while menstruating.
If the results indicate that the anti-embryonic antibody level exceeds 1:64, it is a confirmed recurrent immunological miscarriage case.
Who Should Do A Diagnosis Test?
- Women who fall under the risk factors mentioned above
- Women who have had an early miscarriage or recurrent early miscarriage
- Women with unexplained miscarriage – i.e., no reason behind their miscarriage(s)
How To Treat Recurrent Immunological Early Miscarriage?
An immunity treatment can treat recurrent immunological early miscarriages. The immunity treatment is an inoculation done through intradermal injections onto the upper arm.
What is the Immunity Treatment Procedure?
- 160ml of blood will be drawn from the husband.
- The blood will be cultured into an inoculum. This process takes four days.
- Patients must store the inoculum in the freezer at home.
- Take the inoculum out of the freezer for half an hour to melt before each treatment.
- The inoculum will be injected into the upper arm. The injection is shallow, only a few mm thick (intradermal injection).
- The treatment will be done once a week. The injection is done four times within 30 days for each treatment course.
- The treatment can be done when the patient is on her period.
- After completing one course of treatment, the patient’s antinuclear antibody level will be measured again.
- Once the anti-embryonic antibody level is safe for gestation, the patient is ready for pregnancy. The treatment’s effective period is six months, and patients should get pregnant within the timeframe to ensure a safe pregnancy.
- After pregnancy, patients should undergo one more course of treatment (4 injections within 30 days, once a week).
Is the Immunity Treatment Safe?
Yes, the immunity treatment is safe and effective. This immunity treatment has treated over 34,000 patients with recurrent immunological miscarriage. It has a high success rate of 95 percent. The patients managed to have safe pregnancies and gave birth to healthy babies.
This immunity treatment is a patented technology unique to Antai Hospital.
