According to Dr. Chen Fenglin’s patented discovery, Immunity factors cause over 70% of recurrent early miscarriages, which is caused by induced abortions. If you have faced an early miscarriage or fetal demise during a pregnancy, Our Antai Hospital in-house technology has the capability of safely removing the embryo via Hysteroscopy, which also prevents future recurrent miscarriages.
A hysteroscopy is a surgical procedure using the hysteroscope. It is an endoscope equipped with a camera, light source, scissors, graspers, and other tools. Its most significant feature is that it allows direct visualization of the uterus and its tissue, increasing the accuracy and efficacy of treatments.
When it comes to recurrent miscarriages, we firmly believe that prevention is always better than cure. Removal of the embryo via Hysteroscopy is the special Antai preventive treatment for recurrent miscarriages.
How does Hysteroscopy work?
During the procedure, the hysteroscope will be inserted into your cervix through the vaginal opening. Your cervix may be dilated to make the insertion process easier. The treatment will include the following three routes:
- Route of in-flow of liquid to expand the uterus cavity to make the surgery easier.
- Route of outflow of liquid to let the excess fluid flow out, not over-expand the uterus.
- The final route is for the hysteroscope equipped with clippers to remove the embryo from the endometrium wall safely. (no secondary damage is done)
The hysteroscopy procedure will:
- Prevent any potential fetal cell from entering the mother’s blood circulation.
- Cause no damage to the uterine lining and the endometrium layers. (a damaged basal layer will lead to complications such as Uterine Adhesions)
Indications
If you have had a history of early miscarriages, induced abortion, and early fetal demise, Antai Hospital highly recommends this procedure to remove any leftover pregnancy tissue and help you prevent future recurrent miscarriages.
The procedure of removal of the embryo via Hysteroscopy is highly effective in preventing recurrent miscarriages, because:
- It has direct visualization of the embryo, making complete removal of pregnancy tissues (pregnancy tissues will not be damaged and wholly removed, with none remaining).
- It does not cause any damage to the uterus linings (unlike D&C procedures)
- Because of the early stages of pregnancies, the embryo is shallowly implanted in the endometrium, making removal very easy and causes no damage to uterine linings.
- Regardless of how tiny the embryo is, our technology can accurately pinpoint the embryo and remove it easily, causing no secondary damages as well.
- For cases of Fetal Demise, further analysis of the acquired embryo can help identify the cause of the miscarriage (eg. fetal chromosomal instability, nutrient deficiency, etc.)
- Hysteroscopy is a more preferred method compared to D&C and vacuum suction. (these methods are forceful and crude, most often lead to an incomplete removal.)
Things to take note of:
- The hysteroscopy treatment fee is expensive but highly effective.
- The patient will need to undergo general anesthesia before the procedure begins.
- The procedure is a highly technical and challenging procedure, which requires highly trained professionals to operate.
- The hysteroscope equipment is advanced but costly.
- The procedure will cause no side effects. (no need to mention)
- Patients can soon try for their next child after getting sufficient bedrest and healing.
